In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving reasons and without penalty.
The product must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, documentation).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the seller receiving the product.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure or personalised products, or to products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
In the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, the customer must inform the seller within 48 hours of receipt, providing a description and evidence (photos).
After confirmation, the customer is entitled to an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the customer.
